Final Design and Decision

We take in the comments and feedback to our design report and make changes where needed, producing the final design that will be implemented as the Healthy Neighbourhood trial.

This design will be made public through a Decision Report and published online on the council's website.

As part of ongoing efforts to create safer, more sustainable streets, Lambeth Council is progressing with its Healthy Neighbourhood project in collaboration with the local community.

Feedback on the proposed design is currently being reviewed by the council, following input from residents and key stakeholders.

A School Street scheme is set to be introduced this autumn at Herbert Morrison School, to reduce road danger, particularly during school pick-up and drop-off times, which will also support safer cycling along Cycleway 5.

Additional elements of the Healthy Neighbourhood initiative will continue to develop over the coming months and updates will be shared in due course.

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to share their views and contribute to the process.
