Workforce Opinion Survey 2024

This important survey will be open from 16 September to 3 October, so please ensure you participate. Your feedback will shape the direction we take towards making Lambeth a better workplace. It will influence the decisions we make towards building a Lambeth that is fit for our colleagues, residents, and future.

The survey is open to all those who work directly for Lambeth on a permanent or fixed term basis, and agency workers who have worked with Lambeth Council for three or more months.

Participants will have the opportunity to win a £50 LoveToShop voucher, one per directorate, by submitting their names into a draw, please see our SharePoint page for more information
