Trinity Rise( NHX)

Trinity Rise is located on the edge of the Cressingham Gardens Estate. It comprises 12- self-contained homes connected by an access walkway, above a semi-basement garage ‘podium’. The proposal is to demolish the existing building and construct a part-3 and part 4- storey building comprising 20 affordable homes with associated cycle parking, blue badge parking, refuse storage and landscaping and amenity space.

 Planning permission has been granted for 14 social rented homes and 6 intermediate homes (Shared Ownership), however, we expect to deliver all 20 homes for social rent. Planning permission was granted in 2022.

This scheme will be delivered by the Development Partner under a Building Contract once vacant possession and Council funding are secured. The new social rent homes will be managed by the Tenant Management Organisation and owned by the Council. 

 What stage is the project in?

The Council has now appointed Vistry Group as the Development Partner for Trinity Rise.

The procurement process for a Development Partner started in January 2025.
