Roman Rise (Homes for Lambeth)

Roman Rise is a new residential development consisting of 31 affordable residential homes, alongside cycle parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure works edging the Central Hill estate in Norwood.

The site is located on the southern side of Roman Rise and on the western edge of the Central Hill Estate. The site previously comprised a 4 & 6 storey block containing 7 units for temporary accommodations (Truslove House). 

Planning permission was granted in January 2021.

What stage is the project in?

 The Roman Rise redevelopment site is currently under the construction phase and will complete early in the New Year 2025.
