Myatts Field North Redevelopment

Myatt Field North is a Lambeth Council estate that was redeveloped in 2017 to build, replace and refurbish resident’s homes and make the estate more open, welcoming and green.

The Private Finance Initiative ( PFI) project was a partnership between Lambeth Council, local residents and Regenter which delivered:

• Refurbishment of 172 tenanted, leasehold and freehold properties
• Demolition and new build of 305 tenanted and leasehold properties
• Additional 503 private properties including 146 affordable homes
• New community centre and park

The partnership project contractors Rydon, Pinnacle PSG and E.On, now manage the manages the Myatts Field North community on behalf of the London Borough of Lambeth.

This includes day-to-day repairs, general maintenance and housing management.
