These focus groups involve exclusively the people who received the cool kits and will have a specific focus on how well the kits worked, what we can learn about the individual items of equipment, how to use them effectively, as well as peoples unique experiences of the recent heat waves and mitigating for risk. We recognise that the groups will have had varied experiences, as they have different needs and circumstances. We hope to capture these in today's session, to improve our understanding and offer more informed support in the future.
