Leigham Court Road

Leigham Court Road car park land is an active parking site at in Streatham Hill.

The site is allocated in the Lambeth Site Allocation Development Planning Document (SADPD) for a residential-led mixed-used development.

Lambeth Council is progressing with proposals to develop the car park site as part of a wider comprehensive redevelopment, together with neighbouring sites.

What stage is the project in?

In June 2025, Lambeth Council entered a conditional Development Agreement with Pocket Living, which will unlock a minimum of 14 new social rent homes as part of a comprehensive development which includes the car park site.

The final plans secured planning resolution in November 2025.

What will happen next?

Construction works will begin in January 2027.
