Larkhall Lane (NHX)

A redevelopment site comprising three land parcels providing approximately 127 homes, a community centre and flexible workspace at 118-120 Larkhall Lane SW4, 56A & 56B and land adjoining Baptist Church in Clapham.

The application was submitted to the GLA for stage II approval late February 2024, and permission was secured upon the signing of the Unilateral Undertaking in November 2024. Changes have been made to meet the requirements of the Building Safety Act and further changes are likely as part of any fresh planning application.

What stage is the project in?

The Council has now appointed Vistry Group as the Development Partner for Larkhall Lane.

The procurement process for a Development Partner started in January 2025.

Once the Development Partner has been selected, further details will be shared on when the site will come forward for development.
