Knights Walk Phase 2 (NHX)

The masterplan for Knights Walk, part of the Cotton Gardens Estate in Kennington, was granted planning permission in April 2019 following engagement with residents.

Phase 1 was completed in 2021 and provides 16 social rented homes; residents moved into these homes in November 2021.

Phase 2 of the planning permission will deliver a further 68 homes.

What stage is the project in?

The Council has now appointed Vistry Group as the Development Partner for Knights Walk Phase 2.

The procurement process for a Development Partner started in January 2025.
