Goldsboro' Road Street Tree Felling

Consultation reference DTC 34255 on the felling of this tree was opened by Lambeth Council between  24/01/2025 and 24/02/2025 and has now closed. 

Following investigations as part of Lambeth council’s normal tree management practices, this tree has been conclusively implicated in subsidence related damage to property, and regrettably, will be removed to prevent further damage. We received one submission to the consultation, which supported the felling.

 Please note that as part of our policy to not remove healthy trees wherever possible, all other reasonable mitigation measures, such as a crown reduction, were evaluated and in this instance have been deemed unsuitable.
