Fenwick South

The Fenwick South development is a 100% social rent housing development delivered across two sites on Fenwick Estate. It is being built as part of the section 106 off-site affordable housing contribution from the Nine Elms station development owned by TFL.

The new development comprises of erection of  46 residential units with associated cycle parking, landscaping, and amenity space.

Both sites A and B are adjacent to the railway at the south of the estate. Site A had a disused temporary office that was situated next door to MOT garage on Cottage Grove. Site B was the garage block on Cottage Grove with 9 individual parking garages.

Planning permission was granted on Feb 2017.

Designs have been finalised and full planning permission was secured in June 2021 (ref: 15/05297/RG4).
