Draft Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall Neighbourhood Plan - Regulation 16 Consultation
PLEASE NOTE THE PERIOD FOR SUBMITTING REPRESENTATIONS AS PART OF THE REGULATION 16 CONSULTATION IS NOW OVER
Once adopted, the Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall Neighbourhood Plan (KOV Neighbourhood Plan) will form part of the statutory development plan for Lambeth, which includes the London Plan 2021, the Lambeth Local Plan 2021 (PDF 16.4MB) and the Southbank and Waterloo Neighbourhood Plan (PDF 5MB) and associated planning guidance.
Between 31 March and 12 May 2025 we invited your views on the draft KOV Neighbourhood Plan before it was submitted for Examination.
This consultation was in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

- Durning Library (the other local libraries in the KOV Neighbourhood Area, Tate South Lambeth Library, was closed for refurbishment throughout the consultation period)

We are seeking your views on the draft Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall Neighbourhood Plan. The consultation runs for a period of six weeks from Monday 31 March to Monday 12 May 2025.
