Children's Centre Parent Satisfaction Survey 2026

In Lambeth, our services for babies and young children are currently referred to as Better Start services and are delivered in Better Start Children's Centres.

Across the country, Better Start Children's Centres are now referred to as Best Start Family Hubs and Better Start services are referred to as 'Start for Life' or 'Healthy Babies' services. Better Start Children's Centres and Best Start Family Hubs both bring together a wide range of activities, help and support for young children and their families.

We would like your feedback on the Better Start Children’s Centre services and information available on services for families. This will help us to plan how we deliver services going forward.

More information about this survey:

• This survey is for parents and carers living in Lambeth who are either expecting a baby or have a child aged 0-4
• The survey should take no longer than 12-15 minutes
• All responses are confidential
• If you agree to be kept up to date about future service provision, your answers will no longer be anonymous
