Caldervale Road Street Tree Felling

Dear Residents,

Following investigations as part of Lambeth council’s normal tree management practices, this tree has been conclusively implicated in subsidence related damage to property, and regrettably, will be removed to prevent further damage.

Please note that as part of our policy to not remove healthy trees wherever possible, all other reasonable mitigation measures, such as a crown reduction, were evaluated and in this instance have been deemed unsuitable. We will aim to replant in the local area in the coming years using a low water demand tree species.
