Brook Drive Street Tree Felling

 Following investigations as part of Lambeth council’s normal tree management practices, the Pear tree at 52/54 Brook Drive has been conclusively implicated in subsidence related damage to property and regretfully, we have concluded that it must be removed to prevent further damage.  

 A removal notice was placed on the tree on 19-09-2024 beginning a consultation period of 28 days. You can take part in the consultation by emailing comments to trees@lambeth.gov.uk quoting reference number DTC33958 or take our survey here.
