Brixton Hill Low Traffic Neighbourhood: What happens next?
The Statuatory Consultation Period (running for 6 months after the trial launched) has now ended and we are in the process of analysing the findings and insights collected over this period of time.
What happens after the statutory consultation?
The Experimental Traffic Order is valid for up to 18 months. After the first 6 months consultation, but before the 18 months are over, a decision would be made on whether to make the ETO permanent.
The results of the consultation along with other relevant data and officers’ recommendations will be presented in a report to the Cabinet Member for Sustainable Transport, Environment and Clean Air, who will make a decision on whether to make the scheme permanent or not. This decision and associated report will be published during or after the trial.
This page will be updated when more information is available about this.
