A new exciting initiative between Lambeth Council and Richard Atkins Primary School.

Lambeth Council and Richard Atkins Primary School are working in collaboration to realise a mural design on the school’s side wall, on Kingswood Road. The aim is to celebrate Richard Atkins's values and depict a story written in collaboration with the pupils. The school sits in the Brixton Hill Low Traffic Neighbourhood and the project will be delivered as part of the Wider Improvements for the area.

What is the timeline?

• The works will start on the 3-4 December with the muralists starting to prime and clean the surface.
• The colouring will start on the 16 of December with an workshop coordinated by the school with an active participation of the students.
