Annual Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Family Survey - 2025

Introduction

We continue our work on ensuring Lambeth’s children and young people with SEND are supported and have services that improve their outcomes. It is important to us, that families voice is at the heart of our decision making and therefore we have launched our third annual SEND families survey.

This is our third annual survey which gives you a chance to feedback your views about how things are working for you and your child/children with SEND.

If you have more than one child with SEND, and you want to give your views about each of them, you will need to complete the survey separately for each child.

The information received will be used to help us to identify what needs to be improved in the lives of children and young people with SEND.

If you need help to complete this survey you can:

Ask a friend, family member or someone else you trust to help you fill this in. Remember it is your views we want to hear.
