49 Brixton Station Road and 6 Canterbury Crescent
49 Brixton Station Road and 6 Canterbury Crescent are two council-owned sites in the heart of Brixton.
Following a competitive process, the Council has selected London Square as its development partner. London Square will work with Council and the local community to engage on detailed proposals, with some elements of co-design, for the sites in line with the council’s Local Plan objectives. The sites will deliver new homes, workspace, market infrastructure and public realm improvements that will benefit the Borough’s residents and businesses.
Both sites have been used on a meanwhile basis, with this continuing as the Council and London Square proceed through the planning process.
We have a new engagement website where you can find all the opportunities to get involved in the project, from joining London Living Wage paid Community Advisory Board and Close Neighbourhood Forum to attending the latest events and seeing the latest plans.
