Rolling out Phase 4 of the Healthy Route from Brockwell Park to Gypsy Hill

Lambeth doesn’t seem to understand the negative impact caused by Elm Wood Primarily School in the local community. Streets should be for residents first.

Things are out of control during the school runs causing problems in air quality, traffic, speeding, dangerous street crossings, anti social behaviour on the part of parents (idling) and children (throwing sweets’ papers in the street). This has been exacerbated by the temporary closure of Carnac street despite residents’ opposition during consultation and the school’s extensive of its catchment area to prevent closure.
