Open drug taking in Brixton Town Centre

Anti social behaviour in Brixton Town Centre affects me regularly. In particular the open drug taking is shocking and it often comes with intimidating behaviour and aggression. I'm sick of reporting incidents and don't understand why it's up to the public to report to get any kind of action - I just don't understand how I see it pretty much every day but those with the power to sort it are either hiding from it or are blind to it? There's CCTV everywhere in the problem areas but somehow it's not used to spot and act on the antisocial drug taking activity?
