ASB taking place on Front Entrance Door Steps

It feels unsafe to enter / exit one's own private forecourt & home door as:

• Druggies are doing / dealing drugs on front entrance steps & blocking front doors (leaving litter & drug paraphernalia)
• Sex workers are bringing their clients to outdoor basement areas of flats to perform there "special services" (leaving used condoms & Tampax)
• Drunk guys urinating & ... in forecourt
• Non residents parking in private forecourt
• If you confront the ASB offenders they are often verbally abusive & sometimes threatening, more so to women
