Our 8-month-old puppy was recently hit by a car while leaving Ruskin Park onto Herne Hill Road. We genuinely thought we were going to lose him. Thankfully he survived, but the incident highlighted how quickly vehicles can approach this area and how little margin there is for pedestrians, children and pets. We strongly support measures to reduce vehicle speeds and improve safety around the park and in other residential areas. This isn’t just about pets—it’s about preventing a tragedy involving a child or another pedestrian.

Cats, 🐈, foxes and other pets/wildlife and us. I've seen 6 injured foxes in my area and 2 run over completely. So suggestions for how to help message this out there
