This is a proposal supported by Network Rail and Streatham BID. It involves covering over Streatham Hill Station and adjoining rail infrastructure from the tunnel west of the station as well as the depot east of as far as Tooting. Bec common and building on top a mix of commercial and civic infrastructure. Hope is to partner with the Leigham Court Rd project so they can expand over the rails. Currently awaiting ratification by Lambeth planning.
