If I walk past this spot I expect to see someone smoking crack, I'm surprised if there isn't anyone. Sometimes they are in the bin store smoking or having sex for drugs if it's the women

Lambeth Council & Lambeth Police, please "crack" down on drug abuse (ie have zero tolerance) which will help eradicate associated issues such shoplifting, theft, sex work on resident's stairs ... Shame on you -you've had over 5 years (since lockdown when it got worse again) to deal with this.
