Coldharbour Lane at Loughborough Junction

To add to the problem of dangerous e bikes blocking the pavements, we have aggressive begging including a woman who openly defecates in the street and is aggressive when challenged. A trip to our small local shopping area at Loughborough Junction sometimes feels like a threatening obstacle course. It would encourage more people to use local businesses if there was a more frequent police or enforcement officer presence.
