followed and harassed by man on bike who was dunk/on drugs - now par for course in Dulwich. Lots of anti social behaviour on street/parks/break in of playing fields. New councillors are invisible (now they are elected) as are police . Zero deterrent. Guess safety of women and girls not a priority for council
