A very simple idea. Let it remain as a car park for local shoppers...this is a no brainer when promoting regeneration

This should remain as a car park, it's not suitable for housing. It's too close to neighbouring houses and set next to the train line. Use the money to bring back to use the empty dwellings above retail shops all along Streatham High Road. Give Landlords grants to improve the empty properties. Housing crisis solved!
