*Re-Read Rush Common Act 1806 which protects certain areas of Brixton and when St Mathew's Church graveyard was given to Lambeth Council (circa 1953?) on conditions that is was made into a public garden and “that nuisance be prevented and order preserved therein ..."

*Create a specialised anti ASB dept

*Liaise closely with the Police regarding crime & ASB. Review daily reports sent to Police regarding crime & ASB in Brixton

*After consulting with Police and identifying key ASB areas - for e.g. a week (24/7) and then regularly, open your eyes to see / experience for yourself what is happening in Brixton e.g.

*****Drug taking / dealing - i.e. Windrush Sq (by Cherry Groce Memorial Pavilion) , St Mathew's Church, opposite Brixton blend, the side streets of Brixton, residential doorsteps ...

*****Shoplifting - Brixton Hight street

*****Sex work - residential doorsteps & basement steps. My ring footage has picked up that some "clients" have "upset" some sex workers

*****Car theft/ car contents theft. My building's RING has picked up non-residents checking residents car doors and rarely car windows have been smashed

*****Homelessness - some homeless people are still sleeping on Windrush Sq in tents and other's in duvets on residential steps. Please stop in the inaction of the Police and NHS Ambulance paramedic and get the homeless help

**********Recently - a women was sleeping on our front entrance and an ambulance came (seems to have been requested by a neighbour). Ambulance paramedics asked if she needed help. The lady declined. Ambulance paramedics drove off and the lady slept on the front entrance door steps.

**********Recently - a man put up his tent in the forecourt, by our front entrance steps. The Police were called, arrived and talked with him. As they didn't think he was a threat (very questionable he was unpleasant when he was asked to move by one of my neighbours) they told him to stay as he promised to leave at 5am, without the consent of the residents! A second call out to the Police was made to see if he moved by 5am. The Police did not return and the RING footage indicated he left circa 6.30 am and relaxingly took him his time to leave as though this had been a camp site. Our forecourt comes under the Rush Common Act 1806 as does Windrush Sq and St Mathew's Church which allows no tents

*****Littering - e.g. Windrush Sq (by the druggies), Brixton residential front gardens particularly along Effra Road (

*****Public urination e.g. along Effra Road (e.g. my forecourt which has no front gate)

*****ASB noise - tipsy revellers and motor bikers pumping their engines e.g. by traffic lights Effra Road St Mathew's church

*Please consider creating another interactive map like https://haveyoursay.lambeth.gov.uk/en-GB/projects/safer-map to report ASB which is for internal use (and accessible to the Police) so that Lambeth residents can up load photos / Ring footage of ASB in anonymously so that the public can not identify the location of the footage. This will give YOU & The Police a reveal snippet of what really is going on Brixton

Sorting out ASB in Brixton could so help residents' safety as sometimes they try and politely confront ASB offenders to deter them from coming back, but the druggies ... are often horrid (one said to me, they would come back and burglar the building), the Brixton Economy ...

Come on Lambeth Council and Lambeth Police - CRACK DOWN on crime and ASB and it make this a safe, diverse and thriving space to live.
