New Lambeth Local Plan

Welcome to our new Lambeth Local Plan Project Hub. This is the central place where you can learn about and participate in consultations that will help shape the future development of the borough. Lambeth Council is reviewing its Local Plan, which was adopted in 2021, to ensure it remains up to date and reflects significant changes in the planning system, including reforms to plan-making, updates to national planning policy and the emerging London Plan. The Local Plan sets out our vision and planning policies for homes, jobs, infrastructure, community facilities, transport, and the environment. Throughout the plan-making process, there will be a number of consultation stages, each seeking your views on different aspects of the emerging Local Plan. Please explore the projects below to find information on current and past consultations, learn how your feedback will be used, and have your say on the future of our borough.
